COMMON CRITERIA APPLICABLE ON ALL STREAMS

Following are some common eligibility criteria that everyone must fulfil to start the Visa application journey.

Each stream requires the applicant to achieve 65 points under points tested criteria. Please contact Brilliant Migration Club to help you calculate your points.
You must be under 55 years of age. In some cases, the sponsoring state may accept the application for applicants over 55 years if the business plan is considered as an exceptional business that could benefit the sponsoring state.
All funds and/or assets to be used in support of the application are lawfully acquired, earned by the applicant and the sources of funds can be proven.
The applicant or his/her spouse do not have any adverse business history e.g not declared bankruptcy in the last five years or bearing heavy losses in recent years.

Expression of Interest:

Every applicant has to apply for Expression of Interest (EOI) to respective selected state. This would include completing all your documentation including a business plan to submit to the relevant authority.

Final Visa Application

Applicants are eligible to apply for final Visa application after the Expression of Interest Application is approved from relevant state and territory. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FROM
TEMPORARY RESIDENCY TO PERMANENT RESIDENCY:

Anyone who arrives in Australia on Subclass-188 should meet certain requirements to achieve Permanent Residency in Australia. Your Visa maybe converted to Subclass-888, which is a permanent residency Visa. You have to fulfil specific criteria to convert to Subclass-888. Some minimum and basic criteria is given below. 74	Eligibility for PR	Yes, under Subclass-888.
75	Ownership interest in Qualifying business (could be max of 2 )	For the last two years prior to lodge application for Sc-888.
